The hotel was very clean. The free breakfast was good! Room was clean and the AC worked great! (We like it cold) Bathroom had makeup wipes which was nice. Bed was comfy, not too firm or soft. 2 elevators so it didn’t take long to get to the room either. Hotel is close to food too. Staff were all very courteous.

The front desk staff of Anthony, Kaila and Caleb were outstanding customer service individuals. There were very friendly and very attentive to any requests my wife and I made. In my opinion that are truly valuable employees of the Holiday Inn Express in New Braunfels. Additionally, Erma, the breakfast buffet attendant, was also excellent .This was our second visit to this location and without a doubt we will definitely return.

The facility was clean and smelled fresh. Very comfortable bed and sheets. Love the cinnamon rolls! The new coffee maker in the lobby is a huge upgrade.

I enjoyed how clean the room was. The location was convenient for our planned activities. The quality of our shower, furniture and amenities was much needed and appreciated. We loved the free breakfast included!

Cleanliness, showers were well stocked, pool had a couple extra towels, the business cards had the manager name on them.

We always enjoy our stay at this facility. Traditionally it has been consistently clean, the staff very helpful and the breakfast plentiful and fresh with a variety for all tastes.

Front desk man, by the name of Kobie went over and above to make our stay comfortable! He displayed outstanding professionalism, service and was VERY friendly and personable! His attitude and customer service FAR exceeded any other employees! Kudos and thank you to Kobie!

Comfortable, clean and modern hotel for a stay in New Braunfels, or a trip along I-35. Sort of near a Buc-ee's, a few strip malls, and a cool drive in theatre. Had a good nights sleep, and the breakfast was absolutely okay.
