I liked that the room did not have a musty smell neither did the rest of the building.Glass doors on the shower stall were also a nice surprise,and the nightlight in bathroom came in handy! Shades on the window did an excellent job at keeping out sunlight in the morning. USB ports and electrical outlets bedside were also a plus. Comfortable bed, pillows, and bed sheets kept us nice and cool in bed. This is hands down the best room we’ve stayed at in any holiday inn express!!!

The front desk staff of Anthony, Kaila and Caleb were outstanding customer service individuals. There were very friendly and very attentive to any requests my wife and I made. In my opinion that are truly valuable employees of the Holiday Inn Express in New Braunfels. Additionally, Erma, the breakfast buffet attendant, was also excellent .This was our second visit to this location and without a doubt we will definitely return.
